Acne can be a horrible experience for some people of any age, affecting self-esteem, confidence and can leave sufferers feeling helpless and alienated. Anyone who is thinking about taking Murad should really do their research as the results can be somewhat unexpected.
We consider some of the side effects listed as worse than the acne itself! Murad users have also reported to us that when you cease using the product in many cases your acne comes back. Despite being effective we suggest you consult with a physician to weight the pros and cons of this program before committing to it.

I like the packaging, but I don't think the product is really doing anything for my skin. I'll use it until I don't have it anymore, but I will not be resupplying myself.

I've used Murad for a little over four weeks now. Honestly, my skin doesn't seem to have improved very much. I still have some of the same pimples I had when I started using the product, plus some new ones. The cleanser is very gentle and does feel good on my skin. The exfoliating gel is kind of harsh, but I've gotten used to it. The perfecting lotion successfully kept my skin from drying out, so thats good. Other products would dry my skin out really bad, but thanks to the moisturizer I didn't have that problem. I think this product would probably work great on other people--maybe I'm just not one of the 90% who sees results in 4 weeks. I still have a good amount left so I'm going to keep using it and hopefully my skin will get better. On the upside, the pimples I have now seem to be a little smaller, but I'm still a long way away from looking at the mirror and actually feeling good about myself.
